Annual Retreat Registration - Genetics Graduate Students

All Genetics graduate students who wish to attend should use the following form to register for the annual retreat.

Please use your @wisc.edu email. If not, your registration may not be processed.

Note: Dinner will be held at Union South

Please describe any special dietary needs you have (i.e. vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)

Indicate what size t-shirt you'd like to receive.

Check if you will be entering a poster. Poster abstract is due to Jean Petersen by Monday, Oct 1 for inclusion in retreat book.
