Put Your Courses on the Web with Learn@UW

DoIT has introduced a much-improved version of its own online course and distance education tools, known collectively as Learn@UW.

We recommend that faculty now use Learn@UW to put their courses on the web. Some of the advantages of using Learn@UW include:

• Learn@UW makes it easy for you to put your syllabus and other course materials online quickly
• faculty can restrict access to course materials to their students
• built-in student surveys capabilities
• using Learn@UW requires no computer expertise
• DoIT’s Learning Technology Consultants are available at the Biology New Media Center (3130 Genetics-Biotech) to help you get started
• Learn@UW is a free service
• DoIT offers free Learn@UW training classes
